Getting started in three easy steps:
For the first use, the first thing you should do is choose the right domes for your ears. Next, charge the battery. Finally, with the battery charged, place the hearing amplifiers and adjust the volume.
Long duration battery:
The ST01 sound amplifier model for seniors has a rechargeable lithium battery. Charging time is 2.5 hours, with battery life up to 40 hours.
Why is there a hiss?
If when you place the sound amplifier in your ear there is a gap between the plug and the ear hole, the microphone and the plug will interfere and the annoying hiss will occur.
How to avoid whistling?
Check the plugs that best fit your ears. Insert the plug firmly into the ear hole to ensure that the plug is compact in the ear canal.
Turn off the sound amplifier and reduce the volume before putting on the amplifier.
Once the amplifier is in place, turn it on and gradually increase the volume until the correct and necessary volume is established.
Why doesn't it make sound?
The sound amplifier is turned off.
