  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product includes all tags, seals, and any accessories that were originally included.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare items that have been opened are non-returnable).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization code.
    • Please do not send your item back without receiving authorization, as it may delay processing.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
    • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Limitations

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • If the returned item is damaged, used, or does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund and may ship the item back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your item with a different product, size, or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations and Changes

  • Order Modifications: Changes to your order (e.g., shipping address or product adjustments) can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
