We offer the following shipping options based on your location and the total order amount:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (starting at $5.99 or free for orders over $50).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (starting at $9.99).
  • Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (fees calculated at checkout).

International (Outside the United States):

We deliver to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (fees calculated at checkout).

Note: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government for international deliveries.


3. Free Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (United States only).
  • Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with expedited or next-day shipping options.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply for reshipping the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Belle Amour is not liable for shipments lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
  • If your package states "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:
    1. Check your mailbox, front door, or with neighbors/building management.
    2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
    3. If unresolved, email us at support@belleamourbeauty.com and we’ll assist with filing a claim.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or next-day delivery services.

  • Some regions or countries may be excluded due to carrier limitations or import restrictions.


7. Delays

While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
If your package is delayed for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.


8. Changes or Cancellations
